Rocha-Holliday Education Fellowship in Neurodiversity
The Rocha‑Holliday Fellowship at Tremont School was created through the generosity of Brian Holliday and Edward Rocha, who gifted the program out of their passion for supporting neurodiverse students. Fellows — typically graduate‑level education students — join Tremont’s small, research‑based community (grades 5–12 + post‑graduate) to contribute to and learn from a school environment that values personalized learning, inclusivity, and student-centered growth. Through the fellowship, participants gain firsthand experience in equitable and evidence-based school design, help deconstruct labels by knowing students individually, support academic success and personal development, and contribute to meaningful change for neurodivergent and neurotypical students alike. Tremont’s emphasis on human-sized class settings, individualized support, and community-driven learning makes the fellowship not just a teaching opportunity — but a chance to reimagine what supportive, inclusive education can look like.
