TMG THE MORNING GOALS

Start Your Morning the Night Before

Edward RochaOct 11, 20262 min read

For a lot of neurospicy brains, the hardest part of the morning isn't the work. It's deciding what to do first.

Every small choice costs energy, and mornings are full of them. Make a few of those choices the evening before, and the morning gets lighter before it even starts.

Three small habits to try tonight

  1. 1
Pick tomorrow's first task. Write it somewhere you'll see it first thing.
  2. 2
Limit tomorrow to three tasks. Everything else goes on a "later" list.
  3. 3
Keep your phone out of reach. Give yourself the first 30 minutes of the day.
This week's small win

Tonight, write one task on a sticky note and put it where you'll see it with your morning coffee. That's it.

Some mornings won't go to plan, and that's fine. The point isn't a perfect routine. It's a starting point you don't have to think about.
