Sample agenda

A day that builds, step by step

Every workshop is customized after a planning call. Here's how a typical day flows.

  1. 9:00 – 9:30

Welcome: the psychology of executive presence

Goals for the day, what executive presence really means, and the role of trust and confidence in high-performance work.

  2. 9:30 – 10:45 · Session 1

    Creativity as executive thinking

A collaborative abstract art exercise that shows how leaders decide and communicate with incomplete information, and build confidence without perfection.

  3. 11:00 – 12:00 · Session 2

    From canvas to boardroom

Participants present their artwork as if to a client or committee: structuring a message, body language and answering questions.

  4. 1:00 – 2:15 · Session 3

    Executive communication and meeting etiquette

Vocal presence and pacing, cutting filler words, organizing ideas with brevity, and speaking with senior leaders and clients.

  5. 2:15 – 3:30 · Session 4

    Building trust through conversation

Beyond networking: curiosity, listening to understand, stronger questions and memorable conversations, practiced in rotating pairs.

  6. 3:45 – 5:00 · Session 5

    Coaching lab: real presentations

Each person delivers a 2–5 minute presentation from their actual work and gets individual coaching and peer feedback.

  7. 5:00 – 5:30

    Personal action plans

Individual takeaways and a plan to put the skills to work right away.

Bring something real

Before the day, each participant prepares a short presentation from their current work, so the coaching applies the moment they're back at their desk. For example:

  • A client pitch or presentation
  • A deal, project or investment update
  • A board or leadership update
  • A project that needs stakeholder buy-in

What's included

  • A planning consultation before the workshop
  • A workshop customized to your team
  • Eight hours of in-person facilitation
  • Interactive exercises and participant materials
  • A follow-up summary with recommendations
