What fellows do

Learning by doing, one student at a time

1

See the student, not the label

Fellows get to know students individually, looking past labels to each person's strengths and needs.

2

Support the whole student

They help students succeed academically and grow personally, inside a real school day.

3

Help change how schools work

They practice equitable, evidence-based school design that serves neurodivergent and neurotypical students alike.

Who it's for

Future educators

Fellows are typically graduate students in education who want real classroom experience with neurodiverse learners.

How it began

Created by Brian Holliday and Edward Rocha

Brian and Edward gave the fellowship out of a shared passion for supporting neurodiverse students. It's the same belief behind The Morning Goals: every brain deserves to be seen, supported and given a plan.

Help train the next generation of inclusive educators.

Gifts to the fellowship support future educators learning to build schools where every student belongs.
